terms and conditions apply to the
use of this website. By placing
an order, you agree to be bound
by these terms and
conditions.

product name Five Star Calendars
are owned and operated by Active
Print

1. Ordering your product
1.1 You are deemed to place
an order with us by ordering via
our online checkout process. We
will email you an invoice/order
acknowledgement, detailing your
order. You will receive a second
email containing details enabling
you to log onto your Five Star
Calendar control panel from where
you can manage your personalised
data and upload and manage photos
before committing your calendar
to print.
1.2 Our acceptance of your order
takes place when we despatch your
order. At this time the purchase
contract will take effect, even
if your payment has been
processed at the time of placing
your order, unless we have
notified you that we can not
accept your order or you have
cancelled your order.
1.3 We may refuse to accept an
order:
(1.3.1)
Where goods are not
available;
(1.3.2) Where we cannot obtain
authorisation for your
payment;
(1.3.3) If there has been a
pricing or product description
error; or
(1.3.4) If you do not meet any
eligibility criteria set out
in our terms and conditions.

Payment
2.1 PayPal handles the Credit
Card payment process for us when
you place an order online on this
website. Transaction details will
appear on your card statement as
PayPal*Active Print.
2.2 Your card will be debited
with an amount equal to the total
price of the item shown on this
website at the time of your
order.
2.3 Prices include packing and
postage.
2.4 We accept checks issued by UK
banks, made payable to Active
Print.
3. Returns
3.1 If you are not happy for
a valid reason, then you must
contact us within 7 days of
receiving your order and arrange
to send back the original and we
will send you a replacement. This
does not affect your statutory
rights.
3.2 We do try and make our claims
as to the performance of the site
and subsequent manufacturing
process as accurate as possible,
but we do not guarantee any of
these claims.
3.3 Under the Distance Selling
Regulations you have a right to
cancel your order for any item
purchased on this website for a
full refund, as long as your
order was not personalised, or
made to your
specification.
4. Delivery
4.1 We will endeavour to
deliver your product within seven
working days, but we cannot
guarantee this and we accept no
liability for any delay, or
failure to deliver within
estimated timescales.
4.2 Once your order is delivered
to your postal address, the risk
of loss and/or damage is passed
to you.
5. Provisions
5.1 The contract between you
and us shall be governed by the
laws of England and any dispute
between you and us will be
resolved exclusively in the
courts of England.
5.2 We shall be under no
liability for any delay or
failure to deliver products or
otherwise perform any obligation
as specified in these terms and
conditions if the same is wholly
or partly caused whether directly
or indirectly by circumstances
beyond its reasonable
control.
5.3 You may not assign, or
subcontract any of your rights,
or obligations under these terms
and conditions, or any related
order for products to any third
party unless agreed upon in
writing by us.
5.4 We reserve the right to
transfer, assign or subcontract
the benefit of the whole, or part
of any of its rights, or
obligations under these terms and
conditions, or any related
contract to any third party.
5.5 If any part of these terms
and conditions is held by any
competent authority to be
invalid, or unenforceable in
whole or in part, the validity or
enforceability of the other
sections of these terms and
conditions shall not be
affected.
5.6 These terms and conditions,
including the documents or other
sources referred to in these
terms and conditions supersede
all prior representations
understandings and agreements
between you and us relating to
the use of this website
(including the order of products)
and sets forth the entire
agreement and understanding
between you and us for your use
of this website.
